JESUS- MY PEACE- Tonight at Crossfire, Pastor Paris Ragan reads Judges 6:22-26 and Ephesians 2:11-14 continuing his teaching on the covenant names of God. He is our peace. God wanted humanity to have a firm understanding of who He was, and used the name Jehovah, Yahweh. Jehovah means God is in covenant with us. Today, we read Lord as His name. He entered into this covenant with His son who lived a perfect sinless life. When we believe on this covenant, that God made with Christ, then we are welcomed into it by faith. He is our Lord. His righteousness is ours by faith. He is Jehovah Tsidkenu, the Lord of our Righteousness, and Jehovah Mekoddishkem, the Lord who sanctifies us, and Jehovah Shalom, the Lord of Peace.
