DO YOU KNOW WHERE GOD WANTS YOU TO BE?— Whenever we are not where God wants us to be, we open ourselves up to being tempted in ways like we wouldn’t be tempted, if we were just in the place that God wanted us to be. Tonight at Crossfire, Pastor Bob Cornell preaches from Psalm 51. This Psalm is a prayer of David; a song really, one of repentance unto the Lord, in one of the most amazing chapters in all the bible. David writes to the Lord, in verse twelve, restore unto me the joy of Your salvation, and uphold me with Your free Spirit. While God said, David is a man after God’s own heart; David, as Godly as a man as he was, he had seasons within his life in which he was not right with God. This passage is David’s song of repentance to the Lord; after the Holy Spirit convicted David of what he had done, and how bad it was, David poured out his heart unto the Lord.
