WHAT IS THIS? A NEW TEACHING WITH AUTHORITY!- Tonight at Crossfire, Pastor Paris Ragan preaches from Mark 1:27-28, looking at the kingdom authority of the Messiah. Jesus has authority over every single thing that plagues our lives. Jesus has complete and total control. The very first demonstration of authority that He shows is calling people to follow Him. Mark wants us to see that before we see Jesus do anything wonderful, miraculous, or powerful in our lives, He is worthy to be followed. Even if He never did anything miraculous for you, anything wonderful or great, He is still the Messiah. He is still the Son of God, and He is still worthy to be followed. Pastor Paris encourages us that no matter what we are walking through, no matter how hard it’s been, or how bad it hurts, life with Jesus is better than a life without Him. He is completing a good work in all who will only believe.
