THE BOX OF SAWDUST- Today at Family Worship Center, Pastor Dave Watts reads Colossians 2:6-8 teaching on keeping our eyes on the Christ and Him Crucified. Brother Watts says, all too often, as Christians we focus on the less important details of our walks and miss what’s most important. We must remain faithful to walk out our lives as we did when we first received Christ, by trusting in Him to refine the details. When our faith stays anchored in the Cross, the Holy Spirit will illuminate the Word of God in our lives and transform us into the image of Christ. Brother Watts says we must warn of sin and hell, for the good news is we can be saved from hell. At Calvary, Jesus paid a debt that we could not pay. When we believe on the finished work of Christ, the righteousness of Christ is imputed to us.
