The Mosaic Law was never meant to save mankind, but to point to the Savior of mankind. Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel read Galatians 5:1-8 discussing law keeping and self-efforts. We are only saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Brother Muzzerall warns us that no man will make heaven through their religion and good works. When man tries to be justified by law, he will fall from grace. At the Cross, Jesus Christ fulfilled the Old Covenant; we are complete in Him. He is the New Covenant. The panel explains Sabbath Keeping in the Old Covenant and how in the New Covenant Jesus Christ is our Sabbath rest, as we are in Him.
