Today on Frances and Friends, Sister Swaggart and panel read Colossians 1:23, and be not moved away; Brother Donnie says this tells us it is possible to be moved away from the gospel. If the believer is not grounded and settled, he or she, can be turned away from the hope of the gospel and having eternal life. Sister Swaggart encourages us to pray for those Floridians who are suffering in the aftermath of hurricane Ian, many have been affected and rescue efforts are underway in those areas hit the hardest. Discussing depression, the panel expresses the importance of keeping faith in Christ crucified; this is a battle, praise through it. God is greater than any of Satan’s attempts to steal, kill, and destroy the child of God. When we praise Him in our storms, it gets man’s eyes off of self and on the Lord, for the joy of the Lord is our strength.
