The panel explains the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and how speaking in other tongues is the evidence of this second experience. Confessing principles in the Word of God is scriptural, but many in the Word of Faith doctrine wrongly teach the confession principle, saying that the believer is a little god and can speak what he or she wants to come to pass.
