JEHOVAH ROPHEKA- I AM THE LORD WHO HEALS- Tonight at Family Worship Center, kicking off Family Camp 2023, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads Exodus 15:22-27 preaching on our God who still performs miracles. Pastor Gabe shares his powerful healing of a knee injury in 1996, sharing how stories of healing spark faith. The children of Israel came out of Egypt, healed and made whole by the power of God, as God opened the Red Sea and swallowed up the enemy that pursued. But the Israelites, then only knew God as a deliverer, but now, after triumph, trouble came. Thirsty and discouraged, they found bitter water they could not drink. In a wilderness, God can show His children that He can perform a miracle in the mist of a wilderness. As Moses prayed, God told Moses to look up, and God showed Moses a tree. The tree is a type of the Cross of Christ. God said put the tree in the water, and it was made sweet. A wilderness experience is expected in the life of every believer. Pastor Gabe says we can be encouraged in our trials and circumstances, because God allows our tests so we will learn to trust Him. God knows best. We must put our life in His hands. God promises that all things are possible to those who believe. God is able. When we put the Cross in our bitterness of life, God will make it sweet! Hearken to the voice of God; for Christ kept every statute required that man could not keep. If we will only believe, the promise is, He is Jehovah Ropheka, the Lord who heals.
