JIMMY SWAGGART BIBLE COLLEGE- When it comes to teaching and preaching the Word of God, intellect means nothing without the moving, the operation, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Today on The Generation of The Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart is joined by JSBC Professor Dr. Dave Watts, and Crossfire Associate Pastor Shaun Murphy giving an update on the accreditation process underway at Jimmy Swaggart Bible College. Pastor Gabe says the bedrock of JSBC is holding steadfast to the belief in the inherency of scripture; the initial, physical evidence of the baptism of the Holy Spirit is speaking in tongues, and the pre-tribulation rapture. A lot of things are under attack in the theological world, even in the Pentecostal world, and a lot of people are questioning all of these foundational truths; including divine healing, the second coming, salvation, and what it really means to be sanctified. The panel emphasizes that the professors, staff, and pastors over Jimmy Swaggart Bible College will continue to teach and preach these foundational truths all anchored in the one core foundation of Christ and Him crucified.
