God’s nature is love, but you can’t have a God of love without having a God of judgment. They are one in the same. His very nature demands obedience, so when there is disobedience, God has no choice but to pour out judgment. Thankfully, He poured out that judgment on Jesus Christ at Calvary’s Cross. But soon and very soon, He’s going to pour out judgment the likes the world has never seen; so as believers we are set apart. What marks us, is the fact that we walk in the sphere of His love, and as Christians, we have an obligation to tell people about man’s need for a Savior. His light will expose sin and darkness and convict a yielding heart.
