THE CHRISTIAN AND ALCOHOL- Today on The Generation of The Cross, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart is joined by JSBC Professor David Watts, reading Ephesians 5:18 discussing the destruction that alcohol brings in a life. In the Bible, we find non-alcoholic and fermented wine. Discussing the first miracle of Christ, at the wedding of Canaan; the new wine had not been fermented yet. It is a sweet wine; this is the good drink that they had for this wedding. Pastor Gabe says not every time is the Bible speaking of non-alcoholic wine, so the context must be considered to determine which it is. If you are a born-again, child of God, it is not God’s will for any to drink alcohol. Christians must stay away from it.
