A TRUE SHEPHERD- Christ is our great shepherd, He will never leave or forsake us. The difference between a true pastor and a hireling is God has called a pastor who has a heart for the people; a hireling is as a hired worker, unfaithful to the calling. No man who has a heart for self can truly lead his flock as God has called. Just as a shepherd of sheep, a pastor is always with their flock.
