Historical economists believe that the second world war actually lifted America out of the Great Depression. Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the President’s budget proposal. Brother Josh says the U.S. Government’s fiscal year will begin this September, which would be the first year of President Trump’s second term, if reelected. They discuss, the some twenty-three trillion dollars of U. S. debt, mostly acquired since the Ronald Reagan administration. If we socialize, as some of the Democratic candidates would like, the many entitlement programs will be increased and the debt issue will only get worse.
