Today on Insight, Josh Rosenstern discusses the June 1st deadline set for America to run out of money. Meetings continue as Congress is trying to come to an agreement on whether or not to raise the debt ceiling. Brother Josh says it is unfortunate that the United States needs to go into debt to pay the debt; currently, we are only paying the interest onR our borrowed debt. Politics must not supersede the best interest of the nation. If we do default, it could result in major implications that will affect the U.S. dollar, cost future jobs, and greatly affect our country’s economy.
