Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern look at a U.S. Supreme Court leak regarding a decision made involving a state abortion law out of Alabama. The state court’s ruling would ban any abortions after 15 weeks from conception. An initial Supreme Court draft was made and leaked prematurely. Brother Josh says this draft should not have been exposed, and there is much controversy over the draft and the ruling as it would overturn the Federal protection of abortions that was put into place through the Roe v. Wade decision of 1973. This ruling would bring the original intent of the law with regards to abortion back to the states as it was designed to do. Brother Josh says this means abortions will only be legal in the individual states that choose to legalize them.
