Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss the recent assassination of a top Hamas political leader, which will likely halt efforts for a ceasefire in the Israel-Iran war. The high profile attack allegededly was carried out by Israel; earlier, in the week, a senior Hezbollah commander was killed in Beirut. There is a new rally cry among many Palestinian people to lift up the leadership of Hamas and Hezbollah, and some fear this could spark an all out war with Israel and her neighbors. In the last two years alone, some 1.5 billion has been given to the Gaza region by the US, which has been misused and has not gone to build hospitals and bring other aid to the displaced refugees. Israel is defensively responding to the ongoing attacks against her, showing she is more than capable of retaliating with her IDF system.
