SANCTIFICATION- Tonight at Family Worship Center, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart reads 1 Corinthians 6:11 discussing the single most important subject for the child of God, which is, sanctification. Too many believers are wrongly taught in the church that they can work their way to righteousness. Brother Swaggart shares how God is calling Him to bring an understanding to believers of how the Holy Spirit works on our behalf to give us victory over sin. This is done only when we anchor our faith in the Cross of Christ. Christ’s work on the Cross was a finished work to give man freedom over sin; no effort of man can do what Christ accomplished. When our faith remains anchored in Christ and Him crucified, the Holy Spirit will work on our behalf to give us victory over sin and lead us into service to take the gospel to a lost and dying world.
