OUR GOD IS FAITHFUL- Tonight at Family Worship Center, Pastor Loren Larson preaches from Isaiah 40:27-31, encouraging us to mount up on eagle’s wings despite the circumstances we find ourselves in. Things don’t always turn out the way we want them to. The children of Israel, in rebellion, see the judgment of God, and then His comfort. God has a plan for all His children, as we are in Covenant with Him. Israel, means right with God; Jacob means swindler. God uses both names for the people, but His Covenant with them stays the same. God knows our doubt and despair. We’ve been bought with a price, and God has a unique plan for us when we set our eyes on Him and off of self. We must trust that the power of God that has moved in the lives of others can also move in us. The Holy Spirit will lead us into His righteousness. He is a God of grace; as we walk by faith, in time, He will lead us into His will and manifest His power in our lives.
