WHAT ARE WE INVESTING INTO THE KINGDOM OF GOD?- Today at Family Worship Center, Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart Recipient, Evangelist Dave Roever shares how when blood is shed, there is an investment. In 1969, Brother Roever suffered a horrific grenade blast just six inches from his head leaving him burning from the inside out, losing 60 pounds of flesh. Brother Roever takes the message of Jesus Christ to the world and other veterans scarred by war, and dealing with suicidal thoughts. Brother Dave, joined by his wife Beth Ann, along with Dan Dang who has translated the Vietnamese and Hmong languages in the Expositor’s Study bibles are fulfilling the call of God to take the gospel of John 3:16 to Vietnam and surrounding regions; additionally, they will be handing out Expositor’s Study Bibles to US border patrol agents and their families. The blood of Jesus Christ overcomes all evil, and His Spirit has no scars; let Him use us for the furtherance of the gospel and only God will get the glory.
