The Purpose and Ministry of Jesus- Now is the time to share the Gospel like never before. Today Pastor Gabriel Swaggart preaches from Luke 4:16-18, reminding how it was the custom of Jesus to go to the synagogue; and just as He needed to be there, so do we today. The church is the body of Christ, and it takes the entire body to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost. All Christian’s should have a burden for souls. Pastor Gabe says, through the power of the Holy Spirit, every believer is anointed, and called to preach deliverance to the poor, i.e. the lost. Pastor Gabe encourages us to stand boldly for Christ, throwing out the net of salvation in Jesus Christ and Him crucified. This is not just the calling of an evangelist or pastor. We are all called to evangelize the world. We must not let someone else do what God has called us to do.
