THE COMFORTER— Nothing but the blood of Jesus; today Pastor Donnie Swaggart shares the life story of Edward Garlock. Born in 1868, Garlock's testimony encourages the believer that God can turn even the worst of life’s circumstances around. Brother Garlock was facing death, with some of the most destructive addictions a person could imagine; but he came to the Lord at a healing revival of Evangelist Mary Woodworth-Etter. Brother Garlock was healed physically and Spiritually; his entire life was turned around by the power of God. He wanted to tell everyone he knew, beginning with his wife and eleven children. The Garlock’s began a church at home, as his local Methodist Church wanted nothing to do with the power of God that Edward had come to know. Brother Donnie says, let this testimony bless you, knowing that this mighty power of God still exists today. His presence will come into your life when you say yes to Christ; just as He did for Brother Garlock, He can heal your body and make you whole.
