Today Brother Swaggart ministers on Acts 3:1-4. He entitles his sermon, 15 minutes until 3 o’clock; as he reminds of the time the lame beggar at the gate called beautiful was healed. While the beggar had heard that Christ had been crucified weeks earlier, he didn’t expect a healing now; but John and Peter were on their way to make the evening sacrifice at 3, but decided to pay the man at the gate a visit. It’s never too late, when it comes to the power of God. The blood of Jesus covers all sin and every illness, problem or failure. Brother Swaggart reminds we should never lose hope when we are in Jesus Christ. The beggar was told to rise and be healed, and he was. Just as Jesus was without blemish, we are in Christ without blemish. He is the spotless Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.
