Today on The Message of The Cross, Pastor Loren Larson and panel welcome special guest, Pastor Bill Bailey from Happy Gospel Church in Bradenton Florida. The panel discusses how many in Christianity are absorbed with self; but to live for God, we are called to be dead to self. In Christ, we are separated from sin. Good Christian disciplines, and transformation come into our lives when we have correct faith in Christ’s finished work alone; the panel clarifies, how those disciplines and transformation in no way bring us victory over the sin in our lives. Only Christ and Him crucified paid the price for sin, and frees the believer from the power of sin.
