God knew He would redeem man from before the foundation of the world, and thus He made preparation. Today on The Message of The Cross, Brother Swaggart and panel discuss the preparation God made for all mankind to come to The Cross of Jesus Christ. Brother Smith asks, do you see the preparation God has made in your life to receive salvation? Humanity cannot bring forth anything that God can accept. Cain tried this, bringing the work of his own hands as an offering unto the Lord; his offering was rejected by God, and that made Cain angry. Many in the church today are doing the same. God will not accept the works of our own hands. We must deny self; salvation only comes by putting our faith in what Jesus did for us on Calvary’s Cross.
