The law of Moses was completely fulfilled in the death of Christ at Calvary‘s cross. Today on The Message of The Cross Brother Swaggart and panel discuss the doctrine of grace and how Christ took authority over the law by completing it in totality in his death. Brother Swaggart says most believers will only experience a modicum of Grace because they are trying to obtain righteousness by living out the law in some fashion of good works. Paul taught the law is a shadow, if used lawfully, we can learn from it the very nature of God. Brother Larson explains that we are not under the old contract but have a new agreement; you don’t go back to the old, it’s not wrong, it’s just obsolete.
