Oppressive powers of darkness can hurt the believer, but there is a solution. Today on The Message Of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel welcome special guest Pastor Mike Mounce, from At The Cross Family Worship Center in Cuba Missouri. The panel encourages us that God wants us to live a victorious Christian life. Jesus Christ defeated every power of darkness on Calvary’s Cross. He did this for each and every one of us. Brother Swaggart reminds us that David killed Goliath when no one around him believed he could. David stood on that giant, and took his head. That is what we can do when we come upon the efforts of Satan to steal what we have in the Lord. Through the Cross of Christ, we can rise up against the ways of Satan and take his head. Jesus Christ has already won our victory over every giant that comes against us.
