All power of Satan was defeated on Calvary’s Cross. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel welcome special guest, Evangelist John Maasbach from The Blessings Church in The Hague, Holland. Reading Ephesians 5:5, the panel discusses the plan of God, and how, if the Cross of Christ is not our object of faith, such a believer will eventually come to a place of unbelief and lose their soul. God says, by grace we are saved through faith; then, from then on, the Holy Spirit works. We must not frustrate the grace of God by trying to defeat sin with our own works and self-efforts. Flesh cannot take credit for what only God can do.
