Great is our salvation, but there is a power that works against the believer to try and steal that which we have received in Christ. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel warn how Satan strategizes to move the believer away from our power source, which is the Holy Spirit that works on our behalf when our faith is anchored in the finished work of Christ. Scripture says they overcame by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of their testimony. Dr. Dupree says we must love Christ more than we love ourselves. There is always a perfect testing of what we believe. Brother Joseph says this testing solidifies what we are putting our faith in. By faith, we let the power of God go to work on our behalf, and then the believer is to sit back, rest, and watch what God can do. Hallelujah what a thought, Jesus full salvation bought; victory, yes victory!
