GOD'S WAY OF VICTORY- Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read Romans 7:20 as they continue their study on the sin nature. The sin nature will always be a part of the believer’s life until we make glory, for the old man will always exist. We are faced with corruption until the day we die. The sin nature is always present, but should not be reigning in our lives. Pastor Paris explains how we have a divine nature that rules when we come to Christ, as the Holy Spirit comes in and replaces our old spirit with a new spirit. We are a new creation. While these two natures are within us, we know that when our faith is anchored in the finished work of Christ the old man and his sin nature will remain dormant, and we will walk out a victorious Christian life.
