The centerpiece of God’s redemption plan is the Cross of Christ. Put on Christ, He is our armor. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the power that’s in the Cross of Christ. Brother Larson says the Apostle Paul taught how our faith must be in the finished work of Christ alone, and not in self efforts. If it’s not, we will empty the Cross of its power and make it of none effect. When you change your method for victory, and build on the wrong doctrine, you will destroy what God has for the body of Christ. The Holy Spirit will bear witness to the truth of the Cross to every person who will believe and receive. This is our only defense against the powers of darkness and the source for all good things given by God.
