The only true light in the world today is the church. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss the importance of the true gospel going out around the world. Discussing the ungodly human lineage of Christ, the people of Israel were an imperfect, but privileged people as they could choose to come into the perfect family of God by accepting Jesus Christ as Savior. The panel discusses the story of Naomi, Ruth, and Boaz looking at the Jew and Gentile relationship; at the height of Israel losing her way, we see there is a kinsman Redeemer in Christ to make a way for all who will humbly accept. When Christ returns again at the Second Coming, He will reign our King of Kings forever. After the one thousand year Kingdom Age, this earth will be cleansed by fire, and we will see a new heaven and a new earth.
