Today on The Message of the Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss the transition time of the early church, specifically looking at Paul’s rebuke of Peter when his actions suggested a separation between Jew and Gentile. Peter’s leadership was very important, and Paul knew he must rebuke him to be sure he had correct understanding of being IN Christ for everyone who believed under the New Covenant. Brother Larson says today we are all very similar in needing correction at times when misunderstanding the message of Christ crucified. We must receive justification by faith alone. ALL who believe are grafted into this New Covenant in Christ. For Christ is our peace, having made both; no more strangers and foreigners, but all fellow citizens.
