Today on The Message of The Cross, Brother Swaggart and panel discuss when Paul was in prison in Rome, he had a modicum of freedom, but he had to pay for it. Paul had to pay for the Roman soldiers that watched him in prison, as well as rent on his home, his food and other expenses. He preached Christ Crucified, and received tithes for it. Brother Swaggart reminds this is the only preaching that is pleasing unto God, as the Holy Spirit will lead to the preaching of the true gospel. It’s faith in the sacrifice.
