If we don’t understand the Fall of Adam and Eve in the garden, we don’t understand sin. Everything that God made before the Fall was positive. At the Fall of Adam and Eve, the serpent was subtle. Satan spoke through the serpent to tempt Eve to eat of the tree of Knowledge of good and evil. Today on The Message of The Cross, Brother Swaggart and panel discuss the omnipotent power of Almighty God. The Word of God will profit a person nothing without faith. Brother Swaggart warns that believers need to get back into the Word of God and put many of the books of man aside. The panel adds, be careful of the Bible translation you read; the King James Version is the closest translation to what the Lord, through the Holy Spirit, gave men who penned God’s Word. Brother Larson says when we believe on what Christ did at Calvary’s Cross, we will be conformed into the Image of Christ; and that should be our life’s goal in this Christian walk.
