Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Today on The Message of The Cross, Brother Swaggart and panel discuss the wonderful miracle of God when a person accepts Jesus Christ and is born again. Abraham accepted Christ by faith, not of works. He believed God’s promise that he would be a father of many nations. Brother Josh says many Christians have received a promise from the Lord, but like the story of Abraham and Sarah they did not see the how, or timing of it. Many believers drift in the wait for their promise. We must believe and wait on the timing of the Lord. Brother Swaggart warns how God only accepts what the Holy Spirit gives birth to. He does not recognize the efforts of man. A delay in the promise does not mean a denial of the promise, TRUST.
