The believer must be totally reliant on Christ. It begins at salvation and must continue as we walk out our Christian lives. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read Galatians 2:15-18, teaching on how the believer must be careful to not transgress from the truth. We cannot believe in psychology and the Cross for victory. At salvation, we are married to Christ under the New Covenant; we commit spiritual adultery when we turn to anything else to rid sin in our lives, even religious activities. We must maintain in the truth that brought us to Christ and walk in it. The Apostle Paul is warning the Galatians at this time, and us today, we are justified and sanctified by faith in Christ alone; our salvation is in danger, if we in any way, leave the Cross for our life and living.
