I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and the panel discuss the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Brother Larson shares the biblical evidence that confirms in Acts 2,8, 9,10, and 19 that there is a second subsequent work of being baptized with the Holy Spirit; and Acts 2, 10, and 19 absolutely show an initial, physical evidence that tongues is the result of being filled with the Holy Spirit. In the early church, there was urgency for believers to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Brother Joseph adds that while tongues is the evidence, more importantly, the experience will draw believers deeper into their relationship with Jesus Christ and will give them supernatural power to reach the lost with the Gospel.
