Do I persuade men, or God? Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss Galatians 1:10. Brother Swaggart says much of the modern church is trying to please men and not God. The Apostle Paul preached the true gospel, and established that the pressure would not sway him, and he would not give the people what they wanted to hear. Persecution is a given in the life of all who will stand for the truth of God’s Word. Discussing abortion and the direction of our government, Brother Josh says the family unit is under attack, which has been the case for many years; this is the result of the nation, and even the church, turning from “in God we trust". Brother Larson encourages us of the reprieve the Cross of Christ can bring; for the gospel brings the power of the Spirit, through His convicting strength in the hearts and minds of people. Brother Swaggart prays for a miracle of revival in the United States of America and around the world.
