The power of the gospel can dispel all evil and hate in the heart. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss how persecution against the early Christian church by Paul, i.e., Saul, and how it came full circle that resulted in Paul being the great gospel barer in Antioch. The grace of God is big enough for every attempt of Satan to detour faith in Christ. Reading Galatians 2:1, the panel lays out Paul’s message of faith in Christ alone going out to the Gentile and the Jew to abandon the law. The message of the Cross should never change. It is an elite message for transitioning men and women; even pastors and teachers are being transformed as knowledge is gained when trusting in the finish work of Christ. Brother Larson says it is important to wait on the Lord’s timing, just as Paul did, waiting for God’s direction of when to take the gospel to Jerusalem. Even today, we must wait on the Lord.
