DEVELOPING THE MIND OF CHRIST- Tonight at Family Worship Center, night four of Family Camp, Pastor Loren Larson reads Philippians 2:5-11 discussing Spiritual growth in the life of a believer. Brother Larson explains how the believer who anchors his faith in the finished work of Christ will find freedom like he’s never known. When we are dominated by grace, through faith, in the sacrifice only Christ could provide, we will see our lives being transformed by the Holy Spirit to look more like Christ. We see the Apostle Paul’s warnings in scripture as to what the church should look like. Brother Larson says the church must be united in Christ, not divided. Jesus Himself became a bond slave to fulfill the will of God for us. The believer is not to strive for self, but for the mind of Christ to be found in us. This is where peace and contentment can be found.
