MATURITY IN CHRIST- Praise is victory. Tonight at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart and panel read Colossians 1:3-8 encouraging the believer to give praise and thanksgiving to God, no matter how difficult our circumstances. Brother Smith reminds us that God is bigger than our problems. When we have proper faith, in the finished work of Christ on Calvary’s Cross, we will be able to give proper praise to the Lord. We must not compromise our faith with worldly standards, but stand on the Word of God. This is the only way we can have maturity in Christ. If we have the proper love for God, then we will have a proper love, i.e., Agapé love, for all those around us. This is how the world identifies the believer.
