These are to be called by God alone and bring to the people correction and teaching of the truth of the Word of God, which is the apostolic message of the Cross. The Cross will bring all that God has for us from salvation, sanctification, healing power, the baptism of the Holy Spirit and so much more. These should not bring division, but bring unity within the body of Christ.
