Wednesday Night Service

08-May-2024
Tonight at Family Worship Center, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read Exodus 5:1-2 and Romans 8:1-2 discussing sin in a believer’s life. The law of sin and death will yield only to the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus. We simply need to anchor our faith in the finished work of Christ and then the Holy Spirit will help us, giving us strength and power to overcome and be what we ought to be in Christ. Our deliverance only comes as a result of our union with Christ. This is a victory that Christ won, for us on the Cross where by faith we are justified and we are sanctified. At salvation, we are crucified with Christ, and then we are eliminated; He then brings us back to life to live in Christ as a new creation. Our union with Christ enters us into the victory He won. We must know where our victory comes from, and as we continue to depend on Him, we will walk in ongoing victory and the believer will grow in Christ by the Spirit of life.
