Tonight, at Family Worship Center, Pastor Donnie Swaggart and panel begin a new study in the Book of Titus discussing Christian ethics. This book deals with the qualifications of church leadership, specifically the roles of elders and pastors. Pastor Donnie encourages us; as we walk out our Christianity, may we pray and study God’s Word as God draws us near through our faith in His finished work. This is how the Holy Spirit will help us to walk in righteousness. All pastors should want their flocks to grow in grace and knowledge, so when the trials of life come, we are prepared. The Apostle Paul introduced Titus as an example of what God was doing in the transformation of the Gentiles. Paul assigned Titus to bring order to the newly established Christian Church in Crete, which was a center of heathenism and Greek Mythology.
