THE PSALM OF THE CROSS- Tonight at Family Worship Center, Pastor Gabriel Swaggart reads Psalms 22:1 and Psalms 22:6-8 teaching on this Psalm of the Cross. When Jesus was on the Cross, from nine in the morning to three in the afternoon, at noon the sky went black. At this moment, our Redeemer uttered these words, "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?" Pastor Gabe explains these words and the meaning behind them, for Jesus knew exactly what was happening. Through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, this was the final sin offering for humanity. He paid our debt; for it was a debt, we could not pay. We must never take our salvation for granted. The Cross of Christ was and is the greatest victory ever won.
