We have been ushered into a new government. Today on A Study In The Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss what the law could not do in a life. It could not save or sanctify. Man is physically capable to keep the external aspects of the law some of the time, but Christ came and fulfilled the law in totality. Christ initiated a brand new government that addressed the condition of the heart. The sin problem within the heart of man can only be addressed by the finished work of Christ. Now, righteousness comes through the law of faith alone; believe in Christ, for this is the only way man can live out a victorious Christian life by the power of the Holy Spirit.
