Today on A Study In the Word, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel read 2nd Corinthians 4:7 discussing how all of humanity has an earthen vessel, but with faith in Christ’s finished work, we have the power of God living inside. It is a journey we are on, and we must not be disheartened by disappointments or failures. A victorious Christian life has already been won on the believer’s behalf at the Cross; our lives will be changed, if we anchor our faith in Him and Him alone. With the object of faith being our foundation, the Holy Spirit will work on our behalf to transform us into the image of Christ.
