SEPARATION- Today on the final day of Family Camp, Pastor Donnie Swaggart reads Acts 13:1-2 reminding us that the power of Satan is too great for man’s willpower. Only the power of God, through Christ’s death on Calvary’s Cross, will withstand the attacks of Satan. Pastor Donnie says the presence and power of God is so ever important today, and the church errs when it minimizes the person and the work of the Holy Spirit. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is a second, subsequent work in the life of a believer. Pastor Donnie says in this world we are living in today, it is essential to have it, and all the believer needs to do is ask. The Holy Spirit is a helper and a comforter in our time of need, and He will lead us into God’s will and service for our lives. Satan is here to steal, kill, and destroy that which God has ordained; but at salvation, God separates us from evil and brings us into the light. Where the Holy Spirit is moving, we will find Jesus.
