Today on Insight, John and Josh Rosenstern discuss a recent vote over changes to the Foreign Intelligence Security Acts is currently bringing division among lawmakers; Brother Josh says this raises concerns regarding our International security. Title One addresses electronic surveillance of a foreign power, or agent of a foreign power, which can include using a warrant to secure threats by an international person within the US, and or a US citizen as well. Section 702 only allows surveillance of non-US individuals, so only foreign and international individuals. The FBI says letting this expire will compromise the United States security and make America vulnerable regarding threats of terrorism here at home, which our open borders have greatly contributed to the growing threat.
