THE ELEVENTH HOUR- Tonight at Family Worship Center, Resurrection Camp Meeting, Pastor Tommy Bates preaches on the parable of the laborers in Matthew 20:1-7. Pastor Bates takes us down memory lane of church history, sharing how the church went to sleep often, but then encouraged us with the many great awakenings. He says it’s harvest time, and the Lord needs His laborers. He reminds us of the planting and anointing that fell at the 3rd, 6th, and 9th hours of the day. The power that fell on the woman at the well in Samaria, at Pentecost, at the many street revivals, and great Crusades where the outpouring of the Spirit led to powerful renewal and worship. Brother Bates says at the 11th hour we will see the shortest but most dynamic outpouring yet; the Lord is coming back for His bride. We are that bride; He will not recognize the harlot church that has taken on another way. This world is not our home. Believers went home singing, “after while it will all be over, and the Son is going to shine; dark clouds will pass over, and we’ll shout hallelujah after while".
